Everyone says they want ‘systems change’ until you ask them to actually do it.

Everyone says they want ‘systems change’ until you ask them to actually do it.

Everyone says they want ‘systems change’ until you ask them to actually do it.

So here is the offer.

If you are the person who gets handed the unsolvable problems across health, care, local government, VCFSE, place or system partnerships, this is for you.

If the mess lands on your desk ‘can you just sort this’ — no authority, lots of accountability. Or if you can’t help but want to change it all anyway…

Welcome to outcomes in complexity.

We have built a fully funded, accredited programme for you.

Leading and Commissioning for Outcomes in Complexity — Convening Systems Change; a tailored version of the Level 7 Systems Thinking Practitioner apprenticeship, provided by Cherith Simmons Learning and Development. Two years days release; average half a day a week learning plus half a day a week applying it to the work you are already doing. Then three months to package the evidence.

Not leadership fluff. Not procurement training with lipstick. You getting the skills to change your system, and getting accredited for it.

You bring a live knot: preventable demand, discharge gridlock, provider collapse, trauma in the workforce, place based inequality, cross agency blame loops. That becomes your assessed project. Your portfolio. Your evidence. You get a masters level qualification for moving something that matters in the real world.

You will learn:

– Commissioning as convening, not shopping

– The commissioning compass: eight aspects of whole system shaping for outcomes

– Real demand mapping and management, seven ways to save and improve, how to make relational public services work

– How to work across the five worlds of commissioning without losing your soul

– Proper practial systems practice: Soft Systems Methodology, System Dynamics, Critical Systems Heuristics, the Viable System Model, and more.

You do this with action learning, clinics, coaching, peers who are also quietly holding broken systems together and would quite like not to burn out doing it.

You finish with:

– A Level 7 qualification aligned to the national Systems Thinking Practitioner standard

– Eligibility for SCiO Advanced Practitioner status

– The option to top up to an MBA

– A network

– A track record

Money and timing.

Levy funded for those payrolled and woking >50% in England.

For smaller organisations, you pay 5% (£900).

There is a catch! This is the one chance before levey funding ends.

We launch online Friday 21 November, 10:00 to 16:30.

We launch in person Friday 5 December in Exeter.

If you are already doing system leadership without permission, this is where you stop doing it in the gaps and start doing it with cover, tools, language and legitimacy.

Email enquiries@cherithsimmons.co.uk to get on board, or message me if you want a chat.

Commissioning is not shopping, complex change isn’t programmatic. It is convening a whole system around better lives. We are finally training for that.
