To make a bigger impact in public services, we’re preparing for the autumn Commissioning Academy by The Public Service Transformation Academy, hosted by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, with available spots. We’ll launch the ‘eight aspects of commissioning’ framework to enhance Public Services for communities. These aspects focus on whole systems design, building relationships, boosting capacity, and centring citizens in services. Foundational pillars include leveraging information, proactive policy handling, refining commissioning processes, and effective service design. As we launch, we seek advice on communicating these values effectively and strategies for sharing transformative work to maximize impact.
